This is a thin magnetic switch that does not require screws. (The reed switch part can also be screwed in if desired.) ■ Neodymium magnets and FCC magnets The MS-6 series uses neodymium magnets, while the MS-6-F series employs FCC (iron, chromium, cobalt) magnets.
